The property was built in the 1990s and is currently leased until 2028. The site comprises approximately 22.300 square meters, offering strong potential for future redevelopment. Strategically located on business park De Amert, the site benefits from excellent accessibility via theA50 highway. With its position within the triangle formed by Eindhoven, Den Bosch and Nijmegen, the location is part of a key logistics corridor in The Netherlands.
